Oh wait, I found ANOTHER one ....
They put a link in the left-hand sidebars of the Exile blogs (but not in the non-Exile blogs) that says "Blog Directory." It's under the heading "Cool Sites," which makes it look as if we, the authors of the blogs, are personally recommending that blog directory to our readers.
If you click on the "Blog Directory" link, first you will get the "Passion Search" pop-up ad, but if you wait about 15 seconds, you will get a second pop-up. That one is from "Adult-free-web-cam.com" with links to "Sexcam," "Gay Web Cam," "Livesex," and "Porn Video."
And, yes, you guessed it, adult-free-web-cam.com is registered to Amosely Corp. of Toronto, the site owned by the owners of Today.com. (And the directory itself, blogmad.net, is registered to Mainstream Mails -- sound familiar? -- at Today.com's Pennsylvania office address.)
I've seen two versions of this pop-up. They both have a photograph of a topless woman on the top, next to the words "Free Porn In Your Email."
Here's a screenshot. My graphic skills aren't very good, but if the image is too small to read, if you click on it, you should get a slightly bigger copy. (I blacked out the topless woman to keep this site PG.)

Terri,
I just saw that. The pages are taking forever to load and I'm trying to get one active Today blogs to see what is on their pages.
I can't believe they are still doing this. I'm stunned that they are such brazen jackasses but I guess I should know better.
I have a friend who is an attorney that I will be seeing in a couple of weeks so I will talk to him about this. Unbelievable!
I'm now "forbidden" to go to today.com blogs.
they just keep shooting themselves in the foot, don't they?
I just stopped by one of my old Today blogs - content is still there, but buried under their crap. Tons of it - and when I clicked a link to a comment it spun me off to another blog entirely.
they are pitiful. Just pitiful.
There's a Today.com site I regularly visit. I am no longer allowed to leave comments. I keep getting a message saying "comments temporarily disabled" but others have left comments. Can Today really block certain people from leaving comments? Lame.
@Quadmama, I just tried that and got the same thing. I don't know what that's about. I don't know if its possible to selectively block individuals, at least individuals who don't have static IPs.
Maybe they are only allowing comments from currently registered users who are logged in? That's something that is easy enough to set up with WordPress. I remember they tried to do that back when we were there, and there was a big uproar and they backed off, but maybe they were able to put that into place now.
Or maybe they turned off all comments altogether. How recent was the last comment you saw?
Anyway, the porn-ad pop-ups are still there on the "Cool sites" link, which is what concerns me the most. Everything that I do online relates to building up credibility, so that if I recommend something, people will know that I stand behind it. And now Today.com makes it look as if "Cool Sites" is my recommendation, and that I am just using my recommendation to trick people into clicking on porn spam. That's not acceptable.
i hate that kind of sites,,
hi,,,visiting from Indonesia,,
they totally cut down the earnings to 50cents per 1k uniques. it used to be what? $2? i had two vip earning blogs. they totally cut one off. now i can only access earnings on one of my blogs. the other was cut off without so much of a word.
I am still able to view A Poet's View and saw the cool sites link too. I clicked on it but it went to normal ads.. most probably because i've got my pop up blocker on.
